City tours

You must be at the departure point at least 15 minutes before the tour departure time. 20% cancellation fee held if more than two hours before the services. No refund if cancellation less than two hours before services. No refund if customers do not show.

The voucher is valid for the person listed. It is not transferrable, has no cash value, and may be redeemed only once. for the tour and time indicated. It cannot be used for other dates or tours. Unitours will not refund any unused voucher. Unitours are not liable for any loss, injury, damage or delay to any person or any property connected with the use of the voucher. 

A baby may sit on passengers lap without ticket. A ticket must be bought for a baby using a seat.

Pets (cats, dogs) are not admited.

Airport service

Domestic arrival: Waiting charges apply 30 minutes after flight arrival.

International arrival: Waiting charges apply 45 minutes after flight arrival.

Regular service

Residence, office or other: Waiting charges apply 15 minutes after established pick-up time.

Note

Once the service is completed, the signature of the passenger is not required unless requested by the customer who placed the order.
